Thursday 20 January 2011:
The Victorian Society has written to the Government Office of the West Midlands to request that the Secretary of State call in for his own determination the application to build a retirement village on the Hagley Road in Edgbaston.
Monday 17 January 2011: The Victorian Society has written to the NHS Trust which runs the hospital to express concern at the level of demolition planned for the historic Royal Sussex site, including the destruction of a Grade II-listed chapel.
Monday 10 January 2011: This image shows shows how No.336 Hagley Road might look if it was restored. Birmingham City Council is considering an application to demolish the house, along with five other historic properties, to make way for a retirement village.
