Friday 30 March 2012: Councillors in Southwark have given the go-ahead to plans to create a new Conservation Area in the borough.

Concern over loss of historic west London library

Tuesday 13 March 2012: A proposal to demolish the old Willesden library building has been strongly criticised by the Victorian Society.

Hackney Council turns down plans for 18-storey tower

Thursday 8 March 2012: Hackney Council's planning committee has unanimously rejected a plan to a build tower block on Kingsland High Street. The Victorian Society had formally opposed the scheme.
