New legal challenge to school plans for Conan Doyle’s former home

Tuesday 28 July 2015: A campaigner has launched a fresh legal challenge to Waverley Borough Council’s decision to approve controversial plans to turn Sir Arthur Conan Doyle’s former home,‘Undershaw’, into a special school.

Huddersfield’s Dalton Grange listed

Thursday 23 July 2015: Victorian country house, Dalton Grange, which was set to be demolished under plans submitted to the Council, has now received Grade II-listing following an application supported by the Victorian Society.

Battersea pub demolished without permission

Tuesday 14 July 2015: We urge the Council to reject the developer’s subsequent application for retrospective planning permission.
