The Liverpool Group welcome the redevelopment and restoration of Heap’s Rice Mill, Beckwith Street, Liverpool. Joseph Heap founded a rice mill on this site in the 1780’s and although nothing survives of that building, the present structure was listed in July 2014 following a very public campaign run by local residents.
