The Victorian Society is urging the public to respond to this public consultation to object to proposals to partially demolish Liverpool Street Station.
The Victorian Society is also working to reform the Liverpool Street Station Campaign (LISSCA) which successfully prevented Liverpool Street Station’s demolition in the 1970s. The public can donate to the Society’s Liverpool Street Station fighting fund here.
If you want to support our work fighting for heritage click here to join. Membership starts from just £2.50 a month.
The Society’s Connor McNeill was on Salma El-Wardany’s programme on BBC London Radio this morning on the first day of the development consultation. You can listen to Connor on this link at 1 hr 22 mins into the recording.
The consultation exhibition is only happening today and tomorrow at The Andaz London Liverpool Street Hotel so if you want to see for yourself what is happening so you can make your objection you only have these two days to get along in person to see it. The developer’s information is also available to download .
