The Victorian Society welcomes two new Conservation Advisers

The Victorian Society is delighted this quarter to welcome both a new Northern Conservation Adviser, Tom Ollivier, and a new Southern Conservation Adviser, Morgan Ellis Leah.

Tom Ollivier – Northern Conservation Adviser

Tom, a buildings archaeologist, joined the Society in February from the York Civic Trust and King’s Manor Archive at the University of York.

Tom’s casework includes secular buildings in Northern England, Wales, the East Midlands and West Midlands (specifically the local authority areas of Herefordshire, Shropshire, Staffordshire, Warwickshire – North Warwickshire, Nuneaton, Rugby and Stratford-upon-Avon Districts only), and Worcestershire (Malvern Hills, Worcester, Wychavon and Wyre Forest Districts only).

Morgan Ellis Leah – Southern Conservation Adviser

In March Morgan Ellis Leah has joined the Society. Morgan, an Art Historian with an MPhil in Medieval History, joins the Society from the National Churches Trust. She is also a member of the Young Professionals & Researchers Working Group with the Future for Religious Heritage.

Morgan’s casework includes secular buildings in Southern and Eastern England, all the London boroughs including the City, and the South of Wales.
